1. Call the main office at (423) 463-0013 to check availability for school tour.

2. Upon receipt of the inquiry form, our center will contact you to schedule a tour and interview. The admission committee will notify parents of

their decision.

3. Upon acceptance, you will complete the application & enrollment forms, pay the administrative fee (non-refundable) and complete the

remaining requirements for the enrollment process.

After acceptance letter, you must complete enrollment in order for your child's space to be held. Pay the $150 annual enrollment fee - payable

online in registration.

We shall process your admission and update you with our final decision within 14 business days of receiving payment and all documentation.

At Willow Tree Learning Center Corp, we are a 100% tuition-funded educational learning center dedicated to providing a high-quality, student-centered education. For the 2025-26 school year, the annual tuition for full-time enrollment is $5,500, which can be paid in ten (10) monthly installments of $550 each.

What Tuition Covers:

👩‍🏫 Highly Personalized Instruction – Small class sizes, individualized learning plans, and dedicated educators

🏫 Learning Environment – Safe, well-equipped classrooms with essential supplies and technology
📅 Balanced Year Calendar – Tuition reflects scheduled breaks and closures while maintaining a consistent learning experience

Payment Details & Policies:

💳 Payment Schedule: Monthly tuition is due in FULL by the 25th of each month for the upcoming month.
👨‍👩‍👧 Sibling Discount: Families enrolling multiple children receive a 10% discount for each additional sibling.

⏳ Late Fees:

After 3 days, a 10% late fee will be applied.
After 10 days, a 15% late fee will be applied.

At Willow Tree Learning Center Corp, we are committed to providing a high-quality, engaging, and well-rounded educational experience for our students. To support our dynamic learning environment, we require an Annual Enrollment Fee in the amount of $150, which helps cover the cost of essential learning materials, hands-on activities, and classroom resources. Fee is non-refundable and due within 1 week of acceptance to ensure a placement is held for your learner.

At Willow Tree Learning Center Corp, we are dedicated to tracking and supporting each student’s academic progress through high-quality assessments. To ensure personalized learning and effective curriculum planning, we require an Annual Assessment Fee, which covers the costs associated with standardized and individualized student evaluations. The fee must be paid by November, total amount $300.

What This Fee Covers:

📝 Standardized Testing – Access to nationally recognized assessments for measuring academic growth
📊 Progress Monitoring – Ongoing evaluations to track student development in core subjects
📂 Personalized Reports – Detailed feedback on student performance to guide instruction and goal-setting
👩‍🏫 Learner Evaluations – Time and resources for individualized academic reviews and learning recommendations
